1. What are cookies?

The website owned and operated by Valpatek Technology Group, S.L. (hereinafter “the website”) uses cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information as you browse. In general, these technologies can serve a wide variety of purposes, such as recognizing you as a user, obtaining information about your browsing habits, or customizing how content is displayed.

Users may configure their browser to notify them of and block the installation of cookies sent by the website; doing so will not prevent them from accessing the website’s content, but it may reduce the website’s performance.

The specific ways in which we use these technologies are described below.

Persistent cookies These are cookies in which the data remains stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a defined period, depending on when the purpose for which they are used is fulfilled (for example, to keep the user logged in to the Services) or when they are manually deleted.

Depending on their owner, they can be classified as follows:

Cookies

Third-party
Third-Party Cookies
These are cookies sent to the user’s device from a server or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but rather by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
